This was the reply: Thank you for contacting us. And I said if I didn't get my refund, I would resort to other methods. I told the tech that I would simply like my refund. The tech said he was "trying to help" by getting screenshots of my disk management, and then referring to tutorials on how to use their product. I requested a refund on a Thursday, and I dealt with their technical support from Thursday afternoon until Saturday. I opened up a dispute in an attempt to get my money back. They wouldn't accept no for an easy return. They then connected their "customer service" people and said they were trying to help by troubleshooting the recovery. All of the files were recovered as corrupted. I purchased the data recovery software, and the software didn't work after letting it run for 9 hours. ![]() Does not honor their money back guarantee.
